Thank you for shopping at Pure Decor. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy our products. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may land to you in a damaged condition. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Pure Decor Store. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Pure Decor, you agree to the terms set forth as below.

 
PRODUCT COST CAN BE REFUNDED ONLY IF :
 
  • Product is Damaged- during transit
  • Product is Defective – during manufacturing process
  • Product is Not as described on the website (With respect to size only)
  • Order is Delayed for over a fortnight.

PRODUCT PRICE CANNOT BE REFUNDED IF:

  • If you have crossed 5 day window.
  • A proper photograph of the damage is not provided by the customer.
  • And orders cannot be cancelled, once they are shipped.
  • The customer does not like the colour or fabric of the product. We entertain only the issues related to the damage of the product.
 

WHEN CAN I GET MY REFUND?

Please note, Pure Decor only entertains the physical damage seen at the time of receipt of the product. Therefore, the refund time takes maximum 2-3 business days from the time of receipt of the damaged product’s photograph. You will be notified about the same.
